Most gate repair companies can tell you they do good work. We’d rather show you. The before-and-after projects below are the kind of jobs we handle every week across Long Beach, from Naples Island to Bixby Knolls. Same crew, same standard: diagnose it, price it in writing, fix it right the first time. When you see a sagging gate that swings clean again or a dead opener that runs quiet, the difference isn’t marketing. It’s the work.

Recent Transformations
Sliding Gate Off Its Track in Los Altos
Before
AfterThe gate had jumped its rear roller and was dragging the last four feet of travel. The homeowner had been lifting it by hand for two weeks. We reset the gate on the rail, replaced both roller assemblies, and adjusted the end stops so the gate couldn’t overtravel again. It now slides with one hand on the keypad button.
Dead Gate Motor on a Swing Driveway Gate in Belmont Shore
Before
AfterThe original gate motor had been dead for months, and the gate was locked in the open position. We pulled the old operator, mounted a new LiftMaster swing arm, and tied it into the existing keypad and remotes. The gate now closes on its own after 30 seconds, and the manual release still works when the power is out.
Weld Failure on a Cantilever Gate in Signal Hill
Before
AfterThe bottom rail on this cantilever gate had cracked clean through at a weld joint, leaving the gate leaning hard toward the driveway. We ground the old weld back to clean steel, re-welded the joint, and added a gusset plate so the stress point has somewhere to go. The gate runs square on its rollers and doesn’t shudder on startup.
Intermittent Gate That Only Opened Halfway in Naples

The gate would stop halfway open about every third cycle, then throw an error code. We traced it to a worn limit switch inside the FAAC operator that was losing its home position. Replaced the switch, reset the travel limits, and ran 25 full cycles to confirm it held. No more error codes, no more riding the remote button hoping it clears.
Pedestrian Gate Latch Replacement in Bluff Park

The walk gate had a surface latch that hadn’t caught in years. The owner had it tied shut with a bungee cord. We installed a magnaLatch that actually latches when the gate closes, and added a collar stop so the gate doesn’t over-swing into the fence. It now stays shut without anyone thinking about it.
